Maintenance

Basic maintenance is easy and it is home owner's responsibility.  Sometimes, it can save you
some money doing simple tasks.

Clean garage is good for everyone. Please make sure
to dust and remove spider webs near opener,
safety sensor and etc.

Sometimes, problem can be solved just by replacing new battery to your remote control or wall switch unit.

Safety sensor is for your safety. If door won't close properly, you should check your sensors on both sides. They must be aligned in order to function properly.
